Order Processing Time

Order processing time refers to the period between when you place your order and when we hand it over to the courier.

  • Standard orders are shipped within 3–7 business days after order confirmation/payment.

  • Special orders require 5–9 business days of processing.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience slight delays.

Our warehouse operates during standard business hours: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We make every effort to minimize delays.

Tracking

  • You will receive an email when your order has been shipped, including a tracking number (activated within 24 hours).

  • Tracking information may take 48–72 hours to update.

  • If you are unable to track your package, contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.


Delayed Delivery

If your order is delayed, please email us at support@rhouselamp.com. We will promptly check with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding.


Order Cancellation

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Once your order has been handed over to the logistics provider, it cannot be canceled.
If you no longer want the product after receiving it, you may initiate a return request.


Taxes & Duties

  • In some cases, your order may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by your government. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We have no control over customs regulations—please contact your local customs office for more information.

  • Orders shipped to the US: Tariffs are already covered by Rhouselamp. No additional duties are required.


Breakage in Transit

While rare, breakage can occur during shipping. If any parts arrive damaged, please contact us, and we will replace them free of charge.

  • Installed products and customized items are not eligible for return.

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after receiving the goods.

    Once approved, we'll provide the full return address and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Shipping
    Unapproved returns cannot be processed, so please wait for confirmation before shipping.
  4. Delivery Timeline
    Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. If you'd like help estimating delivery based on your location, just ask!

4. Refund Conditions

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:

  • The item is damaged or missing parts due to our error.
  • The item differs significantly from its description.
  • The item is returned to the sender without being delivered.
  • The item is not delivered within 90 days.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method. The time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
