Coverage Period: 3-year warranty (bulbs excluded)

What’s Covered:

  • Accessories and hardware defects: Free replacement shipped via express (~9–10 business days), with proof (photos/videos).

  • Electrical circuit issues: Engineering support provided within 1–2 business days (requires professional electrician installation).

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage from misuse, improper installation, accidents, or natural disasters.

  • Post-warranty service is available for a fee (covers both parts and technical support; contact us for a quote).

How to Claim:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

  2. We’ll respond within 12 hours with next steps.
