1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Costs and Timelines

All orders qualify for Free Shipping. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.

3. Order Cut-off Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 8:00 PM (MST — Mountain Standard Time).

  • Orders placed before 8:00 PM MST will begin processing within the stated handling time.

  • Orders placed after 8:00 PM MST, or on weekends/public holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

4. Order Handling and Processing

Our handling time is 3 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday). During this period, we prepare your items, conduct quality checks, and package your order for dispatch. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.

5. Transit Time and Delivery

Once dispatched, the transit time for delivery to your address is 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday).

6. Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery via our internal tracking system or the carrier's portal.

7. Delivery Address Changes

We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location, please contact us at support@rhouselamp.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

4. Refund Conditions

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:

  • The item is damaged or missing parts due to our error.

  • The item is returned to the sender without being delivered.
  • The item is not delivered within 90 days.
